PING G440 Irons
The PING G440 irons are more compact compared to their predecessor (G430), making them lighter with a lower CG for a faster, more forgiving iron. A 4-piece molded PurFlex cavity bridge makes this iron very flexible for a pleasant sound and feel on impact, and the chrome finish gives the G440 a distinctive, premium appeal.

- The shallower face is 9% thinner than the G430, allowing for increased ball speeds across the face and providing a more player-preferred look at address
- This new face height and thickness save approximately 4g per iron, which is placed lower and further back in the head, lowering the CG for more ball speed and ensuring forgiveness
- A 4-piece molded PurFlex cavity bridge is more flexible than previous designs, expanding and contracting to support the thinner face while contributing to more ball speed and enhancing sound and feel
- A chrome finish on the back of the head and inside the cavity badge provide an eye-catching, high-quality premium appearance
- The shorter blade length and thin top line have the look of a players iron but deliver the forgiveness and consistency of a game-improvement design
- Adding 1/8” in length to the 4, 5, and 6 irons help golfers create more ball speed to launch their long irons higher, creating more consistent distance gaps
